Finance Officer

Salary: £17k – £22k depending upon experience

Do you have excellent finance administration skills and like working in a busy environment? Do you have great customer service, IT and data skills?

This is an exciting role which includes the processing of finance data and updating financial records, administering schemes such as gift aid and GAYE, collating vehicle data, answering queries from our delivery teams and supporting our Finance Manager in the provision of management information and preparation of management accounts. The role is central to the finance team and offers you the opportunity to make a real difference to our effectiveness.
You will be organised, with good finance experience, excellent communication and IT skills covering Microsoft packages and finance systems. Experience of working in a charity would be advantageous. You will need to be an effective team player, well organised, have a positive "can-do" attitude and have great attention to detail.

Avon Wildlife Trust is a charity dedicated to working with local people for local wildlife, covering the West of England region (former county of Avon). It is supported by more than 17,500 members, manages over 30 nature reserves and is one of 46 Wildlife Trusts in the UK.
