Do you want to develop new skills to enhance your personal interest and professional development? We offer a range of practical and accredited courses to suit your interests in field ecology, land management, nature based crafts and outdoor learning to support you to take your knowledge to the next level. Our courses our held at one of our learning centres, either Grow Wilder or Folly Farm.

Wildlife ID courses

Do you want to improve your species identification skills and find out more about our amazing local wildlife? Our expert tutors will guide you through key skills, including field identification, making a biological record and managing land for wildlife. Courses cover a range of themes and are aimed at beginners who want to further their knowledge in natural history and biological recording.

Wild skills training

Get hands on and learn new skills in habitat creation and land management. Our practical courses let you learn by doing, with the support of our experienced tutors and the option of completing AQA-accredited qualifications as part of your training.

Grow Leader course

Gain the skills and experience needed to become an effective facilitator in engagement with ecological land management and food growing. Apply to be a Grow Leader at Feed Bristol and you could take part in the training for free.
