Grow Wilder is taking steps to improve our stunning natural site, the facilities and our wider offering to all visitors. We produce wildflowers, grow food, educate, inspire, run Wild Work Days, attend festivals, lead hundreds of volunteers every year.


This volunteer role will help with the practicality of working towards this. Come and help us make it even better and volunteer at the core of this incredible project.


This volunteer role, will start with building a general understanding of what Grow Wilder is, what we offer and why it’s important. From there, the volunteer will get involved in the operational side, starting with day-to-day elements: assisting in monitoring site use, maintaining, welcoming visitors, replying to emails, phonecalls, social media and promotion...to name a few things.


Over time this volunteer role may develop further, with ideas ideally being brought forward from the volunteer.
