My Wild Child

My Wild Child sessions run during term time. Due to changes in the staff team, we will be temporarily reducing delivery of regular My Wild Child sessions. Our Friday session at Feed Bristol will continue, but we won’t be running sessions at The Bommie or St George Park until our new team is in place.

Stay tuned for My Wild Child session updates here.

Thanks to players of People's Postcode Lottery, we have funding to provide wild play sessions for pre-school children across Bristol!

Avon Wildlife Trust are providing fun outdoor games and activities in 2018 including: wildlife conservation activities, wild-art, mini-beast quests, wild songs and stories and much more!

Each session combines a structured, nature-focused task followed by child-led free play.

Our sessions will allow your child to:

  • Learn about nature through songs, stories and hands-on practical activities
  • Develop confidence through child-led exploration and play
  • Develop communication skills including speaking and listening

Who can attend?
Term-time sessions are aimed at toddlers aged 2, 3 and 4.
Younger siblings are welcome. Parents must supervise their children at all times.
