Vital monitoring
Surveying, monitoring and recording species across the county is vital if we are to understand the current state of nature across the Avon area and monitor the effects of our efforts to conserve it.
There are many ways to get involved in species recording, and you don’t have to be an expert to begin with.
Livestock Checker Volunteers
To check the welfare of livestock grazing Avon Wildlife Trust reserves. We are not currently recruiting volunteers for this group.

Monitoring Volunteers
Assist in collecting ecological data on Avon Wildlife Trust reserves to help inform reserves management recommendations. We are not currently recruiting volunteers for this group.

Reserve Wardens
We are looking for a Volunteer Warden to help manage and monitor our reserves. This is a great opportunity to spend time on our reserves contributing towards conservation efforts.
You will be acting as an ambassador for the Trust. Informing members of the public about the actions that were taking for nature.
You will also be around to keep an eye on the reserve and keep the Reserves Team up to date with the site.
Finally you will contribute towards the care and upkeep of valuable habitats. We are not currently recruiting volunteers for this group.
