About the event

Expect an inspiring and relaxed gathering filled with nature connection, warming food and an opportunity to celebrate the wonderful Grow Wilder volunteers and Grow Leaders who make our work so special and purposeful.

This free event is open to all, especially volunteers, people curious to learn more about our urban nature reserve, and past, present and future Grow Leaders. It’s an excellent opportunity to connect with people involved with Grow Wilder, and get a taster of the Grow Leader course.

Celebrating our Grow Leaders

We are honoured to showcase the current graduates of our flagship Grow Leader course. This transformative course teaches agroecological skills, personal growth and community leadership, by learning on the land and in the classroom. The training has kick-started many green careers, deepened nature connection and understand and created positive change in their communities.

Hear more about their journeys, achievements, and practical learnings. There’s an opportunity to ask questions about, and register for the next Grow Leader course, starting in April 2027.
