About the event

12 full day sessions (9.30 – 4.00) every Thursday.

Starting on the 5th September 2019 and running until the 21st November 2019.

The Grow Leader course aims to support more people to become effective facilitators of ecological land management and food growing projects. Find out more. 

Delivered over 12 sessions at our 6 acre Feed Bristol, the course provides practical experience in:

  • Community engagement
  • Ecology and conservation
  • Organic food growing

These themes are interlinked with a holistic approach to community agro-ecology project management. Each day is split between theory and practical, supporting on the core principles of:

  • Planning/management/review
  • How to be an effective tutor Inclusion

There are 18 places on the course available (different tiers have limited places to enable us to run the course – if lower levels are full you may be able to go for the higher tier):

£480 if earning less than £15,000 (limited availability)
£640 if earning more than £15,000
