About the event

Come along to our new weekly summer sessions at Grow Wilder to experience some of the wonderful wildlife found at our urban nature reserve!

In this session, we'll explore the various ponds at Grow Wilder and discover what lives beneath the surface. We will talk about how to build and maintain a pond, the trials and tribulations of freshwater invertebrates and the importance of a water source in an outdoor space.

This will be an active session in an outdoor space, and will take place no matter the weather - so dress for the weather!

Grow Wilder can be found at 181 Frenchay Park Road, Bristol, BS16 1El. It is easily accessible from the city centre via bus using Metrocus routes M1, M3 or M4.

This event is part of our Youth Programme so we ask anyone attending to be between 14-25 years old. Anyone under 18 must have parental consent to attend. Parents and siblings are also welcome.

This event is suitable for young people from any level of knowledge or experience! Come along and say hello, meet new people and learn a new skill.
