Talk by Michael Pitts, famous underwater cameraman, will talk about his Emmy Award-winning career, illustrated with images and video clips.

Michael is one of the world’s leading underwater cameramen. He has been awarded Emmys for photography on David Attenborough’s Life of Plants and Blue Planet. He was also the Director of Photography on “A Plastic Ocean” the film we screened in 2017 as part of the Festival of Nature. In this illustrated talk he will share stories from his 20+ year wildlife filming career.

This is the November meeting of Keynsham Local Group.

There will be sales of bird food, seasonal items, second hand books and greetings cards.

Refreshments will be available during the break, with all donations to Avon Wildlife Trust.


The Baptist Church entrance is set back off the High Street, opposite the Coventry Building Society and close to the Queens Charlton turn off. Free parking in Ashton Way car park.
