The supply of goods from this site is subject to availability, and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase. If the item that you have ordered is unavailable, we may from time to time offer a substitute that is of equal or greater value and quality of the original item. If you are not entirely happy, you may return the substitute product.
When you submit your order you are allowing Avon Wildlife Trust to use your personal details to fulfil your order. In the event that there is a problem with your order, we will communicate with you via e-mail, telephone or letter.
A postage and packaging charge is payable on relevant orders placed on this website. This is a flat rate of £2.95 no matter how many items you purchase. Standard postage and packaging applies only to UK addresses. For deliveries to EU and world wide countries, please contact our reception who will be able to advise you, where delivery is possible, about the cost and estimated delivery time. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Delivery within mainland UK is normally within 10 working days of receipt of your order. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.
In the event that any product purchased from our website proves to be unsatisfactory in use due to defective workmanship or faulty material, you can return them to us for a replacement or a full refund.
To return a product, please contact us on 0117 917 7270, and we will advise you on how to return the goods.

As a UK customer, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of one or more items in your order within 7 working days, beginning with the day after you receive the item. If you cancel, you will need to notify us by email, firstname.lastname@example.org, and return the item to us in its original condition and in its original packaging. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to ensure the item reaches us as we cannot refund your purchase if we do not receive the item. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless the item is faulty or we delivered the item to you by mistake.
If a refund is due, we will usually refund any money using the same method originally used by you to pay for the purchase. We will process the refund due to you as quickly as possible and, in any case; within 21 days of the day we receive your returned item/s.
