"The Future is much too
important to be left to chance. We all want our family and friends
to be well looked after when we are no longer there to help - that
is why making a Will is one of the most important jobs that any of
us has to do.’
Sir David
Attenborough, Vice-President of The Wildlife Trusts
A living Legacy
We all have special memories of the natural world - the first primrose
of spring, birdsong after rain, the crunch of leaves in autumn woods.
But increasing pressures are putting the natural world under threat.
Avon Wildlife Trust plays a vital role in helping to protect some of
the rarest species in the UK and some of the most threatened local habitats,
from wild-flower meadows to ancient woodlands and salt-marsh.
We believe that it is important to leave a thriving
natural world for future generations to enjoy. Your gift means that the
Trust can continue to:
- provide protection for endangered species
- buy and manage
nature reserves as havens for wildlife
- work with children to involve and
inspire them
- encourage volunteers to help conserve local areas
Leaving a legacy to Avon Wildlife Trust, no matter how big or small,
will help ensure that our children and grandchildren can experience the
wonders of nature - and create their own, special memories of the natural
world.

of a Solicitor, who will explain the different types of gift that can
be made to Avon Wildlife Trust, and that the charitable gifts are tax-free.
